About Windermere
The Windermere Community Association describes the community as approximately 1,278 homes in South Forsyth County.
A 7,500 sq ft residential clubhouse, an aquatic center with lap pool, zero-entry pool, water slide, splash fountain and kiddie pool, twelve lighted tennis courts, six pickleball courts with an on-site tennis director, a 24-hour fitness center, a basketball court, children's play parks and a grassy amphitheatre.
Windermere Golf Club is located on Davis Love Drive in Cumming and operates within the Invited club network. Golf membership is separate from the community association.
Exterior modifications generally go through the association's architectural review process. Confirm the current ARC requirements with the association before starting pre-listing work.
