Submitting a notice

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, the exact URL of the material in question, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Material identified in a complete and valid notice is removed or disabled promptly, and the party who supplied it is notified.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the same identifying and contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.

Repeat infringers

Access is terminated for parties who repeatedly submit infringing material.
