Medicine trains you to hold two things at once: urgency and evidence. A decision has to be made, and it still has to be defensible. Through his medical and clinical training, Peter learned to approach consequential decisions with discipline, evidence, and attention to detail. Combined with an MBA and a deeper understanding of how capital behaves, he brought that same method to one of the largest financial decisions most families make: buying or selling a home.

The work looks different from a typical listing appointment. Before any number is proposed, there is an assessment: comparable closings, active competition, absorption in the specific submarket, and the condition items that buyers in that price band actually reprice. Then a recommendation, with the reasoning attached, so you can push back on it.
