Medicine trains you to hold two things at once: urgency and evidence. A decision has to be made, and it still has to be defensible. After years of practicing that discipline as a physician — and studying how capital actually behaves through an MBA — Peter brought the same method to something most families treat far less rigorously than their health: the sale or purchase of their largest asset.

The work looks different from a typical listing appointment. Before any number is proposed, there is an assessment: comparable closings, active competition, absorption in the specific submarket, and the condition items that buyers in that price band actually reprice. Then a recommendation, with the reasoning attached, so you can push back on it.
