Information collected

The site collects only the information you choose to submit through a form: your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message or preference fields on that specific form.

The site also records the page a submission came from and a routing tag, so requests reach the right follow-up workflow.

Standard web-server and analytics data (browser type, referring page, approximate region) may be recorded in aggregate. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to your request, prepare the analysis or property information you asked for, and maintain the ongoing client relationship.

Contact details may be added to a real estate customer relationship management system used to manage client communication.

You will not be sold anything on behalf of a third party, and your information is never sold.

Sharing

Information may be shared with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, the supervising brokerage, and with service providers such as email delivery, form processing and database hosting, strictly to operate this site.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or applicable Georgia Real Estate Commission rules.

Email and text messaging

Submitting a form constitutes consent to be contacted about that request by email, phone or text at the details you provided.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, or opt out entirely by emailing the address below.

Retention and security

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database and retained for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy Georgia record-keeping requirements for real estate transactions.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through a website form.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information held about you, request corrections, or request deletion where no legal or transactional obligation requires it to be kept.
