Evidence

Case studies

Written transaction studies showing the analysis, the decision and the recorded result — published only where the figures are verified and the client has given permission.

Content Coming SoonNo case studies are published yet. Each one requires closed figures that can be substantiated and written client consent, and neither is being assumed in advance.

Format

What each study will contain

The same four sections every time, so studies can be compared rather than admired.

01

The situation

The property, the community, the seller's constraint, and what made the assignment non-routine.

02

The analysis

How the price was derived: the comparable set, the adjustments made, and the range the evidence supported.

03

The decision

What was recommended, what was chosen, and the trade-off that was accepted in choosing it.

04

The outcome

List price, closed price, days on market and terms — as recorded, with no rounding in a favourable direction.

Why this page is empty rather than filled

It would take an afternoon to write six plausible case studies. Most agent sites have them. They are also, frequently, composites — invented sellers with invented numbers, assembled to look like proof.

A case study is only evidence if the figures are real and traceable. Until a study meets that bar, this page says so plainly. In the meantime, the verified record is available: client reviews on Google and Zillow, and brokerage production awards.
